Part I School Digital Module 12: School Leadership Team Implementation Fidelity Check

1. SLT read the modules and moved the work from an individual level to a team level.

2. All staff have read Module 12 prior to meeting.

3. All staff have completed their resonates and pauses. (Please upload evidence).

4. SLT adds to powerpoint based on staff resonates and pauses. (Please upload evidence).

5. SLT facilitates staff learning.

6. The SLT introduces the conversation of reviewing school communications, policies, and procedures relative to Person-first language and bias-free language.

7. As the SLT continues through the ICS process we will attend to all future school policies and procedures are person first/bias free language.

8. As a school we understand the individual decision to honor when individuals or groups have requested to reclaim their identity/identities and place that identity first.

9. Resonate and Pause feedback was collected to inform what information needs to be reinforced as the SLT moved on to Part 2. (Please upload evidence).
