3-Day Virtual Institute for Returning Teams on August 8-10, 2023 virtually from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. CDT each day.
At the Annual National ICS Virtual Institute Part II, returning teams (team members who have previously completed Part I) will:
a. review the implementation and next steps of Cornerstones 1 and 2 in your schools and districts;
b. engage in deep, practical application of Co-Plan to Co-Serve to Co-Learn.

Where:
The Institute will be held virtually, via synchronous online learning (using the free Zoom video meeting platform). The Virtual Institute will take place online on August 8, 9, and 10th, from 8 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. CDT (with a lunch break).
As co-presenters, Dr. Elise Frattura and Dr. Colleen Capper bring a combined history of over 65 years of distance learning experience to the Virtual Institute. They will mirror the in-person Institute’s content and pace with an ebb and flow between small group and large group work, with teams completing a concrete ICS Equity Plan by the end of the Virtual Institute.
Given the unprecedented interruptions in access and instruction, now, more than ever, districts, associations, and organizations will need their equity plans in place to continue to advance the learning of all students.
Who:
For District and School Leadership Teams, state and regional teams, professional associations, non-profit and for-profit organizations, city/county governments, and those in higher education.
Each School/District Team should include 8-10 people.

– Other key district office staff as appropriate
Cancellation and Team Change Policy:
Please email [email protected] to request a team cancellation. Please note that team cancellations are non-refundable. If team member changes are needed, please email [email protected] by June 26, 2023 with the following required information of the registered team member and replacement team member (name, school, district, position, email, phone number).
Submitting Check Payments:
If you selected to pay via check, please print your registration confirmation email (which serves as the invoice) and mail it to ICS Equity with payment. Please also include your registration confirmation number and 2023 Institute Part II on the check payment.
Please make checks payable to Integrated Comprehensive Systems for Equity, LLC and submit to 1360 Regent Street, Box 177, Madison, WI 53715. Please note that checks must be received within 2 weeks of completing the online registration. Team registration is not confirmed until payment is received by ICS Equity.
